Please keep in mind the time booked is set aside for you.

Late cancellations and no-shows impact small businesses like mine.

By making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies.

Cancelling and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment online.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a rescheduling fee of 50% of all services booked will need to be paid before booking or receiving a new appointment. If the invoice goes unfulfilled, appointments will no longer be available for you.

Same day cancellations due to illness or COVID related safety will fall under the 24 hour policy. Please cancel in advance if you are feeling unwell.

No-Shows will also be charged 50% of the booked appointment(s).

If frequent late cancelling or rescheduling has continued to impact my schedule, appointments will no longer be available for you.

Late Arrivals

I get it, things happen! To get the most out of our appointment together, I ask that guests arrive on time or within the 5 minute grace period.

A later arrival may cut into your appointment time, the following guests time, and dedicated cleaning in between appointments.

A 50% late rescheduling fee will need to be paid before making a new appointment if too late to receive any or all services.

If constant lateness has continued to impede on our scheduled time together, appointments will no longer be available for you.
